No I do not. Please make all orders at Thames Market or online.  I will accept text orders with name and address and means of payment,  all orders  need to be a prepayment and I would need an email to [email protected].

For the smallest items the cheapest service we can obtain is a bag rate, this is 8.20.  NZ post offers this lowest price.  Items will still be packaged safely as we do not want any damage.  We use environmentally safe packaging.

For orders over $75.00 the delivery is free.

Yes if I am at Thames Market you can pick it up from me there, I take orders there for customers to pick up regularly.  You need to pre-order when you do it this way. I deliver Free to Thames, Paeroa, Turua and Ngatea for Free.

We use NZ couriers and NZ post only for courier services, times depend on their

Services.  We are limited by being rural.  We give an estimate of time 2-4 days this is North Island.  For the South Island we are unsure, they estimate up to 10 days.  We prefer to choose which courier offers you the best deal as prices vary.

You must note if you are rural, selection accuracy is important.  Also with rural it is often estimated a further 4 days this is out of my control.

You can combine your orders to make one courier fee, we know courier costs should be kept to a minimal.

New Zealand Orders if $75.00 and over will be FREE freight.

We can deliver to New Zealand,for product orders.  Virtual products and ebooks are international and do not require any shipping.  We will extend this later when the need arises.  The courier service will go by weight and tell you the price as you go.  

All parcels are tracked, couriers offer insurance.  

If a product arrives damaged, take a picture/photo and send it to us time stamped to prove what has happened as we will have to make a claim.  We will send out a new item once we verify information.  If not in stock we will refund the full amount.  Please refer to terms and conditions.

What are reasons for a Refund you accept?  We follow New Zealand law on this guide below is what they give us and we follow this we believe it is fair please refer to our policy for full statement.

Reasons for Refunds that are legitimate:

Faulty Products

  • Late deliveries
  • Being overcharged if the price wasn’t set beforehand.

You do not have to give a refund, repair or replace if the customer:

  • Changes their mind
  • Breaks it accidentally or on purpose
  • If you do not follow advice on how to use the product then complain for a refund. This is not a refundable reason. You must use the product for its intention.
  • If you have used the product.
  • If you did not check the ingredients on the website then realize afterwards.

Products are sourced from reputable New Zealand suppliers.  Organic products are sourced from companies that offer sustainable Organic trademarks.  We look for this when we purchase.

We look for accreditations.  As we use Organic, Biogro Certification we look for.  Natrue Accreditation.  We are a member of NZSMA and carry this certificate ourselves. Also Responsible Care Accreditation, we are very sincere about our Environment principles, ethics to hold accountability to this and limit waste.

Pure products are products that have not been thinned out or watered down.  We do not water down our products, we prefer to keep them pure and let you water them down if you wish to have them more watery, we want you to have value for money.

Prices are in NZD, New Zealand Dollar.  They are GST inclusive.

Prices are subject to change as suppliers’ ingredients can change prices. I may need to change also.

Ways to Pay

You can pay with Stripe or Paypal.  They offer more ways to pay which is why this was chosen so more ways to pay can be chosen.  Most of the time it is debit card and visa and mastercard.  I believe stripe and paypal offer american express and some other outside cards these are there responsibility.  You pay the charges so if you want lower charges then select a card with lower charges is our recommendation.

Bank Transfer is offered with no fees, Please add order number, phone number and name.  At the market you can pay cash, debit card and mastercard or visa.
