Returns Policy

A full refund will be provided to any goods returned to our warehouse, unopened in their original packaging and within 30 days. Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable.  If damaged by a courier please date stamp your photo and take a picture this helps us process your return quickly and helps us see authentic returns.  Please do this via email to [email protected] with a heading “Damaged Product” this helps us process quicker.

If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods if they are returned to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase.  We make no guarantees after 30 days.  (Under consumer guarantees act we are not obliged to do so).  Reimbursement for the product will be sent out immediately once we have the damaged product.  Unfortunately getting false claims has made it so we have to follow this procedure.  We do not refund Shipping costs unless it was damaged and then we will require the photo as we will make a claim with the courier company.

Privacy

The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.  This is a double opt in only.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.  We use poli pay, Stripe, Paypalwoo commerce and bank transfer (goods are not sent until this is seen cleared in account and matched with your name and order number). They have their own secure gateways, it is their responsibility to be secure.  As there are problems online, we would expect all our customers to take precautions, this is why we offer many ways to pay, we also suggest having a debit card just for shopping and knowing how much is going out and keeping track.  They seem to be getting smarter, for any assistance, we suggest contacting Netsafe

Delivery Times

We will process your order within 1 business day following payment in cleared funds if on a weekend we will wait until a work day so this could delay 2 more days as couriers in my area do not work Saturday and Sunday. Payment by online banking will be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow upto 2-4days for delivery domestically, Free deliveries are on set days this will be organised if your local with you idividually.  We do all we can to send fast, we live in a rural area and rely on one courier company.
